BASILICA OF ST MARGARETH

DÜSSELDORF-GERRESHEIM

Consecrated probably in 1236, it belonged to the Gerresheim monastery, later on served by canons and nowadays a parish church.

It was late winter evening and it was really dark. The church was surprisingly open and a small choir prayed and performed songs of Taizé.
