BASILICA OF SACRED HEART

In the foothills of the Alps, near the other basilica in Absam, there is Sacred Heart basilica in Hall. The church and the monastery are devoted to the Sacred Heart of Christ.

Early afternoon visit, I combined my trip with the nearby basilica in Absam. There are many churches in the historic city center of Hall and the basilica is not particularly outstanding with its location and architecture, it is rather the connection with the Sacred Heart devotion and the monastery nearby dating back to the 16th century that make it an important religious site.
