1. Introduction
MyMiners (“MyMiners”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, processed, stored and, where necessary, transmitted when you use the MyMiners application, website, MyMiners Gateway and related services.
MyMiners is designed as a cryptocurrency mining monitoring platform. It allows users to discover and monitor supported mining devices and view information such as hashrate, online status, temperature, power consumption, fan speed, uptime, efficiency, Best Difficulty, mining pool and worker information, firmware information and other mining-related statistics supported by each device.
MyMiners does not require your cryptocurrency wallet private keys or seed phrases. Never provide a private key or seed phrase to MyMiners or to anyone claiming to represent MyMiners.
2. Information We Process
MyMiners is designed to process only information reasonably necessary to provide its miner monitoring, diagnostics, alerts, history, backup and Remote Access features.
Depending on the miner, firmware, telemetry support, MyMiners plan and features used, MyMiners may process technical information from supported mining devices, including local IP address, device name, device type, manufacturer, model, hashrate, temperature, power consumption, fan speed, uptime, firmware version, mining pool information, worker information, hostname, network signal information, frequency, voltage, accepted or rejected shares, Best Difficulty and other device-related statistics.
MyMiners may also process application configuration information required to remember configured miners, preferences, monitoring settings, history, alerts, Gateway pairing information and other settings necessary to provide the features selected by the user.
MyMiners does not request, collect or store cryptocurrency wallet private keys or seed phrases.
3. Local Network and Miner Data
MyMiners can connect to supported mining devices on your local network in order to retrieve and display mining information.
When using local monitoring, communication with supported miners takes place through your local network. MyMiners may use local IP addresses and device information to identify, connect to and monitor supported miners.
Miner information and application configuration may be stored locally on your device where necessary to provide features such as miner configuration, monitoring, history, charts, alerts and diagnostics.
MyMiners is designed to use the telemetry actually made available by supported miners. The information available can therefore vary by miner model, firmware and configuration.
MyMiners does not use your cryptocurrency wallet private keys or seed phrases to monitor your miners.
4. Remote Access and MyMiners Gateway
PRO UNLIMITED includes Remote Access through MyMiners Gateway.
MyMiners Gateway runs inside the user's mining network and acts as a secure bridge between supported miners and the MyMiners application. This allows users to monitor supported miners while away from their local network without exposing miner APIs directly to the public internet and without requiring router port forwarding.
When Remote Access is used, miner monitoring information and technical connection information necessary to provide the feature may be transmitted through infrastructure used by MyMiners to establish and operate the remote connection. MyMiners processes such information only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain and troubleshoot Remote Access.
MyMiners Gateway is designed for monitoring supported mining devices. Remote control and miner configuration are not part of the Remote Access monitoring functionality described in this Privacy Policy.
Users remain responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, mining network, Gateway host and miner credentials.
MyMiners does not require cryptocurrency wallet private keys or seed phrases for Remote Access.
5. How We Use Information
MyMiners uses information processed by the application and related services to provide and maintain MyMiners features, including discovering supported miners, displaying miner status and performance, providing monitoring history and charts, calculating supported monitoring metrics, generating alerts, supporting Backup & Restore, providing Remote Access through MyMiners Gateway, diagnosing technical problems and improving compatibility, reliability and security.
Information is processed only for purposes related to operating, maintaining, securing and improving MyMiners and the features selected by the user.
MyMiners does not use cryptocurrency wallet private keys or seed phrases for any of these purposes.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
MyMiners does not sell, rent or trade users' personal information.
MyMiners does not require a mandatory MyMiners user account.
Where a feature requires communication beyond the user's device or local network, information may be processed by service providers or infrastructure used to deliver that feature. This can include infrastructure necessary for MyMiners Remote Access and external services selected by the user for Backup & Restore.
External platforms and service providers, including Google Play and any backup service selected by the user, may independently process information in accordance with their own privacy policies, terms and applicable legal requirements.
MyMiners may disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, and only to the extent that such information is available to MyMiners and disclosure is legally required.
MyMiners does not request, collect or share cryptocurrency wallet private keys or seed phrases.
7. Data Security
MyMiners is designed around a local-first monitoring model. Local miner monitoring communicates directly with supported miners through the user's local network.
For Remote Access, MyMiners Gateway provides the bridge between the user's mining network and the MyMiners application. MyMiners uses appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to protect information processed through MyMiners services against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
Gateway pairing and connection credentials stored by the Android application are protected using security mechanisms provided by the Android platform where applicable.
No method of electronic transmission, networking or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are also responsible for protecting their devices, mining networks, Gateway hosts, Google accounts, miner credentials and other systems they control.
MyMiners does not request, collect or store cryptocurrency wallet private keys or seed phrases.
8. Data Storage, Retention and Deletion
MyMiners may store miner configuration, monitoring history, application settings and other feature-related information locally on the user's device.
Locally stored application data can generally be removed by deleting data within the application where such functionality is available, clearing application data through the operating system, or uninstalling MyMiners, subject to the functionality of the device and operating system.
Information processed through Remote Access infrastructure is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain or troubleshoot the relevant service, or as required by applicable law. MyMiners is designed to minimise unnecessary retention of miner monitoring information.
Where the user chooses to create a backup using an external service, the storage, retention and deletion of that backup may also be subject to the settings, functionality and privacy practices of the selected provider. Removing MyMiners from a device may not automatically delete backups stored separately with an external provider.
Because MyMiners does not require a mandatory MyMiners account, there may be no MyMiners account record to delete.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy and data protection laws, which may include rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information where those rights apply.
Much of the information used for local monitoring is stored locally and can generally be managed directly through the application or device. MyMiners may therefore not hold a server-side copy of information processed exclusively through local monitoring.

10. International Users and Data Processing
MyMiners may be used by users in different countries, and applicable privacy and data protection laws may vary depending on the user's location.
Local monitoring is designed to process miner information primarily on the user's device and local network. Features that require communication beyond the local network, including Remote Access through MyMiners Gateway and user-selected external backup services, may involve processing through infrastructure or service providers located in other jurisdictions.
Where applicable, MyMiners will take appropriate measures to handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
11. Children’s Privacy
MyMiners is not directed to children and is not intended for use by individuals under the minimum age required by applicable law to use the service.
MyMiners does not require a mandatory user account. Purchases or downloads made through external app stores are subject to the age requirements, parental controls and policies of those platforms.
MyMiners does not knowingly request cryptocurrency wallet private keys or seed phrases from any user and does not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been processed in circumstances where applicable law requires its deletion, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable legal requirements.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
MyMiners may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the application, MyMiners Gateway, related services, applicable laws or privacy practices.
When this Privacy Policy is updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how MyMiners handles information.
