Medi Vault Demo provides a mobile application (“Service”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:
Account information (Google Sign-In): name, email, profile photo (from your Google account) used to create and authenticate your app account.
App data you choose to upload: e.g., images/files/notes you attach inside the app (stored in our Firebase project).
Diagnostics: crash logs and basic app performance events (e.g., via Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics) to improve stability.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.
To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
To store and display the content you choose to upload.
To maintain app security, diagnose issues, and improve features.
Data is processed by our service providers (e.g., Google Firebase). We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion (see “Your rights”).
We may share data with:
Service providers (e.g., Google Firebase) strictly to operate the app.
Legal/Compliance when required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not share data with advertisers.
We use industry-standard security controls provided by our hosting providers (e.g., Firebase Authentication, Firestore/Storage rules). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Our app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to remove it.
Access/Update/Deletion: Email us to access, correct, or delete your data.
Sign-out / Revoke: You can sign out in the app and revoke Google access from your Google account settings.

These services may collect device identifiers, usage data, and crash information needed to operate the app features you use.
