MyManager: Goals & Habits is a productivity app designed to help users manage tasks, habits, goals, rewards, badges, cosmetics, and progress.
Information We Collect
The app may store information that you enter or generate while using the app, including:
- tasks
- habits
- goals
- categories
- progress history
- profile name
- profile photo, if you choose to add one
- app preferences
- rewards, badges, cosmetics, and XP progress
This information is used to provide the app’s features and personalize your experience.
Ads and Purchases
MyManager may use Google AdMob to show ads and rewarded ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and other data as described by Google.
The app may also offer optional purchases or subscriptions, such as Elite Pass or Peace Mode. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
Notifications
The app may send local reminders or notifications if you enable them. You can disable notifications in the app settings or your device settings.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
Some data may be processed by third-party services used by the app, such as:
- Google Play services
- Google AdMob
- Google Play Billing
These services process data according to their own privacy policies.
Data Storage and Retention
Most app data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, locally stored data may be removed from your device.

MyManager is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

- edit or delete tasks, habits, goals, and categories
- remove your profile photo
- disable notifications
- reset or delete app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage
- manage purchases through Google Play
