By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
1. Standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA) All usage of this application is subject to the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
2. Subscriptions Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly, or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the term.
3. Changes to These Terms We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
