Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Modify, sublicense, distribute, or commercialize the App without permission
Use bots or scrapers to collect content or data
Interfere with the App’s operation or security features
Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of your gardening and poultry data
The App does not provide agricultural or veterinary advice—please consult professionals when necessary
You are responsible for keeping your device secure to prevent unauthorized access to your information
Your privacy is important to us. All your data—such as planting logs, egg production records, and inventory—is stored locally on your device, unless you opt-in to cloud backups (e.g., via iCloud or Google Drive). For more details, please see our [Privacy Policy].
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
That the App will be uninterrupted or free from errors
That data will always be preserved (make backups regularly)
That the App will be compatible with all future devices or OS updates
The accuracy of planting or seasonal suggestions
The developers of My Loop Nest shall not be liable for:
Loss of agricultural data or productivity due to app issues
Misinterpretation of farm records, egg tracking, or yield projections
Third-party actions, including data loss through backup services
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the App
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect changes in functionality, law, or policy. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Major updates will be announced within the App interface.
