Story is in two parts where around childhood friends, Pleng (Sonya) and Wanviva (Lookmhee) who grew up in the same household but in different situations: Pleng being the daughter of the household, and Wanviva is the daughter of the house help.

At 17, upon talking about the inevitable future of them separating when they eventually have their own families and also to run away from her newly-realized feelings for her best friend, Pleng decided to set up Wanviva with a "suitable" boy, which created a gap between them that eventually gave way to them both wordlessly opening up about their feelings with each other. However, they didn't have time to figure those feelings out when tragedy hit, which resulted in Pleng's life turning upside down that ended up with her leaving Wanviva.

After 13 years, the two meet again at 30, Wanviva, now a doctor, will not let anything stop her from loving Pleng, not even her stubborn soon-to-be ex-husband.

The story revolves around business rivals Maevika (Sonya), the heiress of Superior—an empire of retail stores—and Aiwarin (Lookmhee), the heiress of Orianna, as the two companies compete to secure the Duty Free auction deal in Thailand. 

However, the undeniable chemistry upon meeting each other was hard to ignore as fate kept bringing them together, inevitably forming an unlikely and high-tension friendship that eventually led them to a secret deal they are both too stubborn to stop.

Series also features a side-story with Aiwarin and Maevika's secretaries, Yam (Belle) and Gina (Lilly)
