Chef Myles Marbella brings over 15 years of experience as a sushi chef and 10 years in international cuisine. Originally from the Philippines, her career has spanned multiple regions before she established Mylesushi in Trinidad. Currently, she also serves as the Executive Chef at Jewelz by King’s hotel in Guyana, where she manages the European cafe Champoreau and the steakhouse Realm.
