Continuing Education Policies
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Participants may request a refund for this course within 14 days of purchase if they have completed less than 25% of the course content. After this period or after completing more than 25% of the course, the course fee is non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@myknoweldgepath.com.
Grievance / Complaint Policy
Participants who have concerns about the course content, instructor, or administration may submit a complaint in writing to comments@myknowledgepath.com. Complaints should include:
Participant name and contact information
Course title and date of enrollment
Description of the issue
Complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days, and a written response will be provided outlining resolution steps.
