Course on Patent Drafting and FIling
This course is designed to enable beginners without any prior knowledge on patent drafting to draft patent specifications on their own. The course will cover the fundamental principles of patent drafting and discuss in detail the concepts in Intellectual property rights (IPR) in the context of patent drafting.
Goals
1.Create awareness of Intellectual Property Right (IPR) among participants with special
reference to patenting.
2. Give knowledge on Patent Search and Patent related terminologies
3. Draft patent specification and application forms filling on their own
4. Filing the Patent application at the end of the workshop

Dr G Geetha as Professor, has twenty years experience in Academic teaching, research and administration. I am a Best teacher ,Proficient in innovative teaching methodologies and have been the resource person of more t programs in various reputed institutions .
Dr G Geetha is a Woman Scientist , trained in Indian Patent Office, Chennai Under Kiran IPR Women Scientist C scheme ,geared up in creating, protecting and managing intellectual property in India and applied and published Patents.
Dr G Geetha is Recognized supervisor in anna university, published journals in IEEE, SCI and Scopus Journals and my Scopus H Index is 4 ,Fund received from MHRD ,AICTE and IE India , organized Workshops,Seminars,Guest Lectures, FDPs, Conferences in current trends.
