My Health Care Experience

I'm an unemployed 54 white male, U.S. Navy veteran, living in Springfield, Illinois. When I first applied for Illinois Medicaid, I qualified for coverage through the first year. Then in 2018 I applied to continue my coverage but my paperwork didn't get there in time so they dropped my coverage. I applied for an appeal which resulted in the following actions as documented.
