The App allows you to enhance photos, restore old or damaged images, and create AI-generated avatars.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You retain all rights to your images and content. By uploading content to the App, you grant us permission to process it solely for providing the requested enhancement or restoration services.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its technology belong to RDVIMPEX DIGITAL. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the App.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or always available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RDVIMPEX DIGITAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
