The App does NOT collect, store, process, or share:

- User accounts, usernames, or profiles
- Facial data or biometric information
- Face geometry, face mesh, or depth data
- Facial recognition or face-tracking profiles
- Advertising identifiers
- Cookies or tracking technologies
The App does not identify users in any way.
3. Use of Camera, ARKit, and TrueDepth API
The App may use the device camera and ARKit (including TrueDepth APIs on supported devices)
solely to provide real-time visual effects and animations for GIF creation.
- All processing is performed on-device only
- No facial data is extracted, analyzed, stored, or transmitted
- No biometric identification or facial recognition is performed
- No AR or face-tracking data leaves the device
- All temporary data is discarded immediately after use
4. Generated Content
GIFs and images created by the App are standard media files only.
They do not contain facial data, biometric information, or ARKit metadata.
All generated content remains under the user’s control.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services only to support core functionality.
Klipy API:
- Used solely to fetch GIF templates and sticker assets
- Does not receive camera data, AR data, or facial information
- Does not receive personal or biometric data
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
6. Data Storage and Retention
- The App does not store personal data
- No facial or biometric data is retained
- No user-identifiable information is saved on servers or devices
7. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
