The Application is a local gallery utility designed to help you view, organize, edit, and secure your photos and videos. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
### A. Media Files and Storage Access
* **Permissions Used:** `READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`, `WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`, `READ_MEDIA_IMAGES`, `READ_MEDIA_VIDEO`, `READ_MEDIA_VISUAL_USER_SELECTED`, and `MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`.
* **Purpose:** These permissions are used solely to access, display, organize, edit, and move media files (images and videos) within the Application as requested by you (e.g., viewing photos, moving files to the Recycle Bin, or placing files in the Private Vault).
* **MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE Justification:** This permission is required to provide full file management functionality, including moving, organizing, deleting, restoring, and securing media files across device storage.
* **Data Handling:** **All processing, editing, and encryption of your media files occur strictly locally on your device.** We do NOT upload, collect, transmit, or share your photos, videos, or files to any external servers, cloud storage, or third parties.
### B. Biometric Authentication
* **Permissions Used:** `USE_BIOMETRIC`, `USE_FINGERPRINT`.
* **Purpose:** Used to secure the Private Vault feature inside the Application.
* **Data Handling:** **Biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system.** The Application never accesses, stores, collects, or transmits your biometric data (fingerprints, face data, etc.) to any server.
### C. Internet Access and Advertisements
* **Permissions Used:** `INTERNET`.
* **Purpose:** Used to deliver advertisements within the Application to support its development.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
