My diverse experience in business and franchising gives me the ability to carefully guide entrepreneurs in their sometimes-difficult path of choosing the best franchise for them.

For 8 years I managed a multi-million dollar worldwide tour company, which gave me extensive experience in management, finance, sales, and marketing. My love of travel brought me into the franchising arena in 1996 when I joined Uniglobe Travel as a Franchise Advisor, becoming a top performer early on. I moved into the role of Manager of Business Development when I moved from New England to Georgia. Here I worked directly with franchisees in the Northeast and Southeast regions to help them achieve their business goals. I advised them in areas of staffing, marketing, and budgeting for growth. Along with my team, I conducted regular regional meetings with franchisees, trained owners and employees in technology, customer relations, and franchise “best practices”. My main focus prior to moving back into sales as an Area Developer with Uniglobe was “hand holding” the new franchisees for a smooth transition into ownership.

I was recruited in 2000 to spearhead the franchise sales department of a brand new technology franchise. With the love of the internet motivating me, I soon became the national leader in franchise sales, and helped build a very successful franchise organization. I assisted in developing internal processes, and trained new franchisees in technology, sales, and marketing.

Today, I best utilize the skills that I've acquired over the years to help individuals find a perfect match in the franchising arena that compliments their own skills, and allows them to achieve their own goals through business ownership. I have been affiliated with FranChoice, the premier franchise consulting firm in America, since 2003 and I love every minute!

I have owned a multi-unit auto repair business and a multi-unit tax preparation franchise. Along with my consulting business, I currently operate a dock business on Lake Lanier with my partner, Brad, and also own rental properties in GA and FL. I enjoy boating and lake life, gardening, fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, and babysitting our grandchildren and grand-dogs!
