I have exactly the same issue - I was trying to play MP3 audio files which were sent to me via email (recorder practice room sessions). I found that I had to give permission for Spotify to access my personal files and then download the mp3 files - which stores them in a local files folder in my Spotify library. Up until the most recent android systems update the files would open in an internal media player type window. Pretty poor that you now don't even get the option to select which program or app to open the files with, just automatically sends them to open in Spotify (which as above, then doesn't work)

If this is an android device, please check for any android apps that conflict with the Ring app, and also that there is no VPN enabled while operating the Ring app. Depending on if this file is showing in an app cache area or actually in your phone file storage, there may be a setting in place on the mobile device side. Feel free to let us know how this goes, and also confirm what mobile device type this is happening on.

I am enrolling my device using Corporate-owned dedicated devices for android devices and I have run Managed Home screen to allow user to use multi app.

but right now I realize I cannot add inbuild application like camera , contacts , my files or settings to display in kiosk.

when by in iPad there is a Bundle IDs " -us/mem/intune/configuration/bundle-ids-built-in-ios-apps" which allow me to show or hide it using the Bundle ID. is there anyway i can do it or is the limitation?

I've found a short solution to the crashing of 'SAMSUNG MY FILES' after android 12 update. I've disabled the app completely I've downloaded a app from Google playstore called 'Files by Google'. It's letting me do what I'm needing so this has helped me. 2351a5e196
