Hey there! Thanks for using My Farmer App. We built this app to help you manage your farming activities smoothly, and we take your privacy seriously. This page explains exactly what data we handle and how we keep it safe.

We don't collect anything secretly. The app only handles data that is necessary for it to work properly:

We only use your information to keep the app running smoothly and to keep your account secure. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data with advertisers or anyone else. The only third-party tools we share this data with are Google's own official services (Google Sign-In and Firebase) because they power the backend of the app.

3. You control your data

Your data belongs to you. If you ever want to delete your account or want us to wipe any personal information associated with your profile from our database, just send us a quick email at myfarmerapp2026@gmail.com, and we will delete it right away.

4. Keeping it safe

We rely on Google’s secure cloud infrastructure to handle your data, meaning everything is encrypted and protected by industry-standard security measures.

5. Children's Privacy 

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. 

6. Account and data deletion request

If you wish to delete your My Farmer App account and completely remove all associated personal profile information from our database, you can do so at any time. Simply send an email to us at myfarmerapp2026@gmail.com. with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and specify the email address used for your Google Sign-In. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently wipe your user profile records, authentication data, and any associated app data from our Firebase systems within 7 business days.

7. Updates

If we ever add new features that require changing how we handle data, we will update this page with a new date at the top.
