RULES AND REGULATIONS
1) BRANCH STAFF.
All the staff should wear decent or institution approved dress.
hygiene of the store and staff is the primary responsibility of all the staff.
wearing ID card during duty time is mandatory.
all staff should report for duty at correct time.
staff should generate their attendance both in online and in ledger also.
staff should not misbehave to any customer at any instance.
Staff who are planning to resign should give resignation letter to the HR INCHARGE before at least 10 days, on failure of the above said staff will not be eligible to claim their salary or any financial allowances.
Staff should surrender their ID CARDS / UNIFORM/ INSTITUIONAL ARTICLES to the institution for the approval of resignation letter and generation of no due certificate and experience certificate.
Salary and other financial allowances of resigned staff will only be settled on the generation of no due certificate by HR DIRECTOR.
2) AUTHORITIES:-
The head or the authorized officer of a branch will be the branch manager/duty manager
Chief of the branch managers will be the GENERAL MANAGER.
Chief of the daily operations will be CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER, on his absence the GENERAL MANAGER.
ADMINISTRATOR will be independent and has the authority to inspect, posses any unlawful articles, and initiate actions against the staff at any time.
Chairman has the authority to dismiss or suspend any staff without any prior notice.
The DIRECTOR BOARD is the supreme power of the institution.
VICE-CHAIRMAN is the official representative of the DIRECTOR BOARD and is in charge of executing the decisions of the DIRECTOR BOARD.
The DIRECTOR IN CHARGE OF HUMAN RESOURCE has the authority to appoint staff at any post by the approval of the chairman.
The HR DIRECTOR will be the HEAD OF ALL THE STAFF.
Week off of the staff will be circulated by the BRANCH IN CHARGES.
leaves other than week offs more than 1 day needs prior approval by the HR IN CHARGE or CHAIRMAN.
Leaves on emergency medical conditions should be taken acknowledgement from the HR IN CHARGE before the staff joins back for the duty.
The branch IN charges has the responsibility of generating financial reports of their branches.
3) DEPARTMENT STAFF.
* Staffs who are working in the corporate office are known as departmental staff.
* All general rules and regulations are also valid for these staffs.
* finance officer & accountant is incharge of the accounts department, the department is under the direct supervision of the chief operations officer. The finance officer should report to chief operations officer through online or offline mode atleast once a day.
4) GENERAL.
* Staff's are not allowed to post any article regarding the company and its executives in social media without the prior written permission from the chief operations officer.
* Company does not promote interpersonal relationships between the staffs. All disputes occurring between staff are subjected to them only. Company or its executives has no responsibility in such matters.
* Financial relations between staffs are strictly prohibited. If found it may lead to serious action against all the staffs indulging in such activities.
* Company executives or staffs are not allowed speak or act against the company or related personals.
* All disputes may be presented before the chief operations officer, the staff can appeal the decisions till director board, but the decision of the director board is final, hence it may be followed without any objections to continue in the company.
