SALIENT FEATURES
The System is useful where a deal takes a longer period of time to mature
The users of the system are classified as:
1) Super Admin and Other Admin Accounts -
There is one Super Admin account to control overall administration of the Application and is entrusted with the following activities:
A) Creation and maintenance of other Admin and User Accounts
B) Creation and maintenance of Master Records in respect of -
i) Type of Product / Services the organization deals in
ii) Classification of Region where the lead is received from e.g. North, South, East and West or any other suitable criteria
iii) The Sources where from the Leads are generated - e.g. Social Media, Referral, Direct etc.
iv) Classification of leads based on days remaining vis-a-vis their expected maturity date for the purposes of considering them as HOT WARM and COLD. - e.g.
Hot - Prospects for which the Expected Maturity Date is within 7 Days will be considered as HOT Cases
Warm - Prospects for which the Expected Maturity Date is beyond 7 Days but within 15 days will be considered as WARM Cases
Cold - Prospects for which the Expected Maturity Date is beyond 15 days will be considered as COLD
Cases
C) Super Admin has complete access to user accounts and can make modification to the User Data
D) Super Admin can view / print various reports, Charts and Graphs for individual users as well as at the organizational level.
E) Super Admin can also collect leads through a link provided by the system and allocate them to different users.
Other Admin Accounts - Other Admin accounts are only authorized to view / print various reports, Charts and Graphs.
2) User Accounts
Users will be responsible for the followings:
i) Add New Leads to their respective accounts manually or through a links provided by system - Status - Unverified
ii) Qualify Leads - Accept Unverified leads signifying opportunity and reject those which are not worth. Status - Accepted / Rejected
iii) Follow-up Accepted Leads (i.e. Opportunities) and take them to a logical conclusion - The deal will either be WON or LOST. Status - Won / Lost
iv) The users get follow-up reminders as soon as they log into their account.
v) The users can exercise different filters to view Status of various Leads and take necessary actions as and when required
