Thank you for using MyCreatine. Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how MyCreatine ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information.

The short version: MyCreatine does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data outside of your iPhone.

We do not collect any personal information.

All information you enter into the App — including but not limited to:

• Your name or nickname

• Body weight and weight history

• Daily creatine dose logs

• Supplement goals and saturation progress

• Reminder times and notification preferences

• Onboarding answers and app settings

…is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your iPhone. We do not have servers that receive, process, or store any of it, and we never see it.

Your data is saved locally using standard Apple frameworks (such as UserDefaults and on-device storage) inside the App's private sandbox on your device. Only you and the App have access to it.

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your iPhone, Apple may include the App's data in your encrypted device backup. This backup is managed entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/) and is not accessible to us.

We do not collect, and the App does not transmit:

• Personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number, address)

• Account credentials (the App does not require an account)

• Location data

• Health data from Apple Health (unless a future feature explicitly requests your permission)

• Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA)

• Analytics, crash reports, or usage telemetry

• Device identifiers used for tracking

MyCreatine does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking SDKs, or cloud services that would receive your data.

The only third party involved is Apple, solely for:

• In-App Purchases / Subscriptions via StoreKit, processed by Apple. We receive only the anonymous purchase status (whether you have an active subscription) needed to unlock Pro features. We do not receive your name, email, payment method, or Apple ID. Apple's handling of this data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

• Local notifications scheduled on your device by iOS to remind you to take your dose. These notifications are generated and delivered locally — they are not sent through any server.

The App is not directed to children under 13. Because we do not collect any personal data from anyone, we also do not knowingly collect any data from children.

Because all data lives on your device, you are always in full control:

• View / edit: All your data is visible inside the App.

• Delete: You can delete all data at any time by removing the App from your iPhone. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored information.

Your data is protected by the standard security mechanisms of iOS, including app sandboxing and device encryption when your iPhone is locked with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

If we ever change how the App handles data, we will update this Privacy Policy and update the "Effective date" above. If a future version of the App ever begins collecting any data, we will clearly inform you in-app and request your consent where required.
