PEXA Updates & Stamp/Transfer Duty Lodgement – Lodge and track settlements, verify duty, and update relevant platforms efficiently.
Search Orders & Administrative Support – Order property searches, manage correspondence, and monitor key dates to keep workflows on track.
Client & Stakeholder Communication – Liaise professionally with clients, agents, other stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
