Activate, Deactivate and Remove channels

You can Activate, Deactivate or Remove custom channels and URL channels.

Activate a channel

While you activate a deactivated channel, our device begins collecting data on it over again.

1. Visit the custom or URL channel side.

2. Click the Show: deactivated check box.

3. Click the check box then to the channel you need to activate.

4. Select the events drop-down and select Activate.

Deactivate a channel

Once you deactivate a channel, our system discontinues collecting data on it, but it’s saved in your information page. You can always activate it once more if you need to begin collecting data on it.

1. Visit the custom or URL channel sheet.

2. Click the confirm box then to the channel you need to deactivate.

3. Select the Actions drop-down and Click Deactivate.

Remove a channel

Removing a channel removes it from your information

1. Visit the convention or URL channel side.

2. Click the check box then to the channel you want to remove.

3. Select the Actions drop-down and choose Remove.
