1. Introduction
Welcome to My Choices: Love & Drama (the "Game") developed and published by Mainstream Developers ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Game, including any content, features, and services provided therein.
By downloading, installing or accessing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using the Game, you represent and warrant that: You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country of residence). You have the full power and authority to enter into these Terms.

3. License

Access and use the Game's features and content for your personal entertainment purposes.
This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game. The Game, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and remains our exclusive property or the property of our licensors.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

We reserve the right to monitor user activity and take appropriate action against any user who violates these Terms, including suspending or terminating access to the Game.
5. In-App Purchases
The Game may offer virtual goods, currency, or other digital items for purchase through in-app purchases ("IAPs"). By making an in-app purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store payment system and are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions;
Prices and availability of in-app items are subject to change at any time without notice;
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy;
Virtual currency and virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services;
We reserve the right to manage, modify, or eliminate virtual currency or goods at any time, with or without notice.
6. Advertising
The Game may include advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using the Game, you consent to:
The display of advertisements within the Game;
The collection and use of data for ad targeting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any advertisements.
7. Third-Party Services and SDKs
The Game integrates with third-party services and software development kits (SDKs), including but not limited to:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Game without our prior written consent.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Violation of these Terms;
Conduct that we deem harmful to other users, us, or third parties;
Extended periods of inactivity; or
Any other reason in our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your license to use the Game will immediately cease, and you must uninstall the Game from all devices.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT;
WARRANTIES THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE;
WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT PROVIDED IN THE GAME.
We do not warrant that the game will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAINSTREAM DEVELOPERS, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS BE LIABLE FOR:
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES;
ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE GAME OR IN-APP PURCHASES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mainstream Developers and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:
Your use of the Game in violation of these Terms;
Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
Your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:
Posting the updated Terms within the Game;
Providing notice through the Google Play Store
Your continued use of the Game after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mainstream Developers regarding your use of the Game and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
