Each visit typically lasts between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your cat’s needs. Longer visits can be arranged upon request.

We’ll feed your cat, refresh their water, clean the litter box, spend time playing or cuddling (if they like it), and do a general wellness check. We also send photo or video updates after every visit.

Yes! We offer a FREE first meetup so you and your cat can get to know us before committing. It’s a great way to ensure a good fit.

Yes, we try to assign the same sitter for consistency and to build a bond with your cat. In rare cases of emergency, a backup sitter (fully briefed and trained) may be sent.

Yes, our sitters have basic cat handling and emergency care training. We also keep emergency vet contacts on hand at all times.

Absolutely. We treat your home with the utmost respect. All keys are kept securely, and we never share your address or access info with anyone outside our team.

That’s totally normal. We’ll approach them gently and never force interaction. Many shy cats warm up after a few visits — we go at their pace.

We understand things come up. For daily visits, we offer free cancellation with at least 48 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations may incur a small fee.
