- All participation must be represented by contingents from various institutions/ universities/ campuses/ faculties/ centers/ departments etc.
- Each participation entry must comprise of 1 (one) Project Leader and a maximum of 4 (four) team members.
- Adding of project members or change of names is not allowed after the closing date.
- Any change to the project title/category is not allowed after the closing date.
- Staff on study leave should register under the STUDENT category.
- The invention/innovation/design must be an outcome of a PhD, master, Undergraduate Final Year Project or research.
- Collaborative research projects with industries are highly encouraged.

- On-line registration must be made at REGISTRATION
- Only the Project Leader can register on-line.
- Details of participants must be correctly registered by the Project Leader as they will be used for certification.
- The organizer reserves the right to reject any application.
