The Service is developed by Tom Lapid. By installing the app or utilizing the Service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
Under these Terms of Service, we provide you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Service for personal purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any other purposes without explicit written permission.
The Service is intended solely for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are creating content for a child under the age of 13, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child, or have obtained permission from the child's parent or legal guardian.
The Service allows adults to create personalized children's books using images, names, age ranges, and interests ("Personal Information") of children. By using the Service, you acknowledge:
You are submitting this information as an adult (13+) on behalf of a child
Images uploaded to the Service are processed using third-party AI services (OpenAI and Replicate) to generate personalized content
Photos and child information are securely retained if you choose to store your digital book in the app
You can delete your book from the app at any time, which will instantly and permanently remove all associated photos and child information from our systems
This deletion process is irreversible and ensures your personal data is completely removed when you no longer wish to maintain the book in the app
The developer, Tom Lapid, is not liable for any content generated by the AI models
You grant us permission to use the provided information solely for the purpose of creating your personalized book
We do not sell or share Personal Information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service
MyBook AI is designed for adults to create personalized books for children. In compliance with applicable children's privacy regulations:
The app is not directly marketed to children under 13, and users must be 13+ to use the Service
We require that parents or legal guardians submit information about their children
By providing information about a child, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child, or have obtained appropriate permission
You have the right to review, delete, and refuse further collection of a child's personal information by contacting us
We limit data collection to what is reasonably necessary to create the personalized books
We implement reasonable security measures to protect any child's personal information while in our possession
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any law or instruct others on how to do so
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful images
Act in a way that disrupts other users' experience of the Service
Impersonate any individual or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your association with a person or entity
Attempt to access, scrape, or reverse engineer any aspect of the Service
Allow children under 13 to directly use the Service
The Service offers virtual products available for purchase. Any billing and financial information you provide for such purchases is processed by Apple's App Store under their privacy policies and terms. Refunds are only available through the App Store according to their refund policies.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tom Lapid, the developer, is not responsible for any inaccuracies, technical issues, or actions taken based on the app's content. While we strive to create high-quality, personalized content that delights our users, the nature of AI-generated content means results may vary. We are committed to continuously improving our service and welcome your feedback to help us better meet your expectations, though we cannot guarantee that every generated book will perfectly match your vision or requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tom Lapid and MyBook AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted within the app, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
