If your event does not provide all the items listed above, there may be some additional costs for our team to buy/rent and transport the items for you to complete the bar for your event. Events held outside of Metro Vancouver may be subject to a travel fee. If there is a parking cost, this cost will be invoiced to the client. For clarification of costs contact us using the booking inquiry below.
Note: A lot of the items above can be rented from event rental companies such as Lonsdale Events or Pedersen's Events.
Rates:
$250 for one bartender with tip jar
$300 for one bartender without tip jar
$350 for two bartenders with tip jar
$400 for two bartenders without tip jar
Max of 6 hours including set up and take down; additional hours available at $50 - $100 per hour up to 3am.
Bartenders do not deliver drinks because they need to stay at the bar. They can serve wine, beers and cocktails if you require it but the bar space must allow for all these products to be handy and maintain appropriate serving temperatures otherwise, it's best to have wine served at the table by restaurant servers and for beer to be run out to guest by servers from the fridge.
One complimentary site visit prior to the event is available upon request. Additional site visits are $25 per visit.
Common things to think about when drafting your serving rule:
1. Will you allow shots; will you allow doubles?
2. Will you allow straight drinks or all must be cocktails?
3. Will you need condiments cut (e.g. orange, limes, lemons, mint etc.)?
4. Will guests be able to order just the non-alcoholic beverages used to mix with the alcohol?
5. What do you want done when all the alcohol or one type of alcohol is used up?
