Welcome to the My Attendance Tracker support hub. Here you’ll find everything you need to troubleshoot issues, learn how to use features, and get in touch with our team.
Download & Install: Available on App Store . Requires iOS 13+/Android 8.0+.
First Launch: You’ll be prompted to set your standard workday duration.
Tap Login to record your start time. A real-time countdown to your expected logout will appear.
Once your standard hours elapse, Logout becomes active. Tap it to record your end time and view total hours.
If offline, your entry queues locally and syncs when you reconnect.
From the Home Screen, tap Leave or WFH to mark the day accordingly. All other actions lock out to avoid conflicts.
Leave types include Sick, Annual, National Holiday, and Company WFH.
To change or cancel, use Attendance Correction.
Access via Correction on Home Screen.
Select any date—past or present—to edit entry type, times, or notes.
Save will create a new record or update an existing one.
History shows your last 10 records with colored status indicators (Green=Work, Blue=WFH, Orange=Leave).
Pull down to refresh data or sync immediately.
Tap the calendar icon to jump to any date’s Day Detail:
View raw login/logout timestamps, total hours, overtime/undertime.
See status (Work, Leave, WFH) and any manual notes.
Q: My Logout button is greyed out.
A: That means your configured work duration hasn’t yet elapsed. Check your Settings (⚙️) to confirm your daily work hours.
Q: I forgot to log in/out—how do I fix it?
A: Use the Correction screen to manually set your login and logout times for that date.
Clear Cache: In Settings → App Settings, tap Clear Cache (data remains backed up).
Update App: Make sure you’re on the latest version in your store.
Reinstall: Uninstalling/reinstalling will not erase cloud-stored records.
