These Terms of Use, referred to as the “Terms,” govern your use of MyArt: AI Art Generator, referred to as “MyArt” or the “App.”
MyArt is operated by Ahmed Shahzad, an independent developer based in Pakistan.
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using MyArt, you agree to these Terms and the MyArt Privacy Policy.
Do not use the App if you do not agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MyArt.
If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you may use MyArt only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You represent that you are legally permitted to use the App and enter into these Terms.
MyArt provides artificial intelligence features that may allow you to:
Generate artwork from text prompts
Transform uploaded images into artwork
Select artistic styles
Save, share, or export generated images
Access free or paid generation features
MyArt uses a Cloudflare-based endpoint and Google’s Gemini API to process generation requests.
Features, limits, models, styles, prices, and availability may change over time.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MyArt on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s App Store usage rules.
The App is licensed, not sold.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute the App
Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially provide access to the App itself
Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain its source code
Bypass generation limits, payment systems, or security controls
Interfere with the App’s servers or infrastructure
Use automated systems to overload or misuse the service
Extract API keys, authentication details, or internal instructions
Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply to your license to use the App.
You retain any rights you already hold in text prompts and images you submit to MyArt.
You grant Ahmed Shahzad and the service providers used by MyArt a limited, worldwide, temporary license to:
Transmit your content
Process your content
Analyze it for safety and abuse prevention
Generate requested outputs
Return those outputs to your device
Comply with legal obligations
This license exists only to operate, secure, and provide MyArt.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images merely because you use the App.
You represent that:
You own the submitted content or have permission to use it
Your submission does not violate another person’s privacy
Your submission does not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights
You have permission to use identifiable people’s images
Your submission and requested output comply with applicable law
You are responsible for the content you submit and the way you use generated results.
Do not upload another person’s photograph without an appropriate legal basis or permission.
You must not use MyArt to:
Impersonate another person
Harass, threaten, shame, or defame someone
Create deceptive content intended to harm another person
Create fake evidence or misleading identity documents
Exploit a person’s face, identity, or likeness
Create sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without clear consent
Create sexualized content involving minors
Misrepresent generated content as genuine where doing so could cause harm
You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required to use a person’s face, likeness, image, or other personal information.
You may not use MyArt to create, request, upload, distribute, or promote content that:
Is unlawful
Sexually exploits or endangers a child
Contains non-consensual intimate imagery
Encourages terrorism or violent extremism
Promotes serious violence or credible threats
Supports human trafficking or exploitation
Violates intellectual property rights
Violates privacy or publicity rights
Is intended to deceive, defraud, blackmail, or extort
Contains malicious code or attempts to compromise systems
Attempts to bypass safety filters
Violates Google, Cloudflare, Apple, or other applicable provider policies
You may not use the App for any activity prohibited by applicable law.
MyArt uses generative artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence outputs may:
Be inaccurate or incomplete
Contain visual mistakes
Contain unexpected or inappropriate elements
Resemble existing works or other outputs
Fail to follow your prompt
Produce different results from the same prompt
Be blocked by safety systems
Be unavailable because of technical limits
We do not guarantee that an output will be accurate, unique, original, suitable, lawful, commercially usable, or free from third-party claims.
You should review each generated image before publishing, selling, sharing, or relying on it.
Generated content should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or factual advice.
As between you and Ahmed Shahzad, we do not claim ownership of the generated images returned to you by MyArt.
Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and these Terms, you may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes.
However:
Copyright protection for AI-generated material differs between countries
An output may not qualify for copyright protection
Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users
An output may accidentally resemble existing content
We do not guarantee that an output can be registered, trademarked, or exclusively owned
You are responsible for checking whether your intended use is lawful
MyArt does not grant you rights in another person’s photograph, trademark, character, artwork, brand, or other protected material.
Generation requests may be checked by automated safety systems operated by MyArt or its service providers.
A request may be rejected, restricted, or blocked when it appears to violate these Terms, applicable law, or provider safety policies.
Google may retain certain prompts and outputs for abuse monitoring and may allow authorized personnel to review content flagged by its safety systems.
We may suspend or restrict access when we reasonably believe the App is being abused.
We are not required to generate or display every requested output.
MyArt may offer subscriptions, generation credits, or one-time purchases through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Prices and included benefits are shown before purchase.
Payments are charged to your Apple Account and processed by Apple.
Where an auto-renewing subscription is offered:
Payment is charged after you confirm the purchase
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
Apple may charge the renewal price within the period described in your App Store purchase terms
You can manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings
Deleting MyArt does not automatically cancel a subscription
Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation
Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends, as shown on the purchase screen.
Apple controls App Store billing and refund decisions.
Refund requests must normally be submitted through Apple’s purchase-support process. We cannot directly issue refunds for transactions processed entirely by Apple unless Apple’s systems provide a method for us to do so.
If MyArt offers generation credits:
Credits have no cash value
Credits cannot be transferred unless the App specifically allows it
Credits may be consumed when a generation request is submitted or completed
Failed generations may be handled according to the rules shown in the App
Promotional or complimentary credits may expire where clearly disclosed
Credits cannot be redeemed outside MyArt
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
We aim to keep MyArt available, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
The App may be unavailable because of:
Maintenance
Internet problems
Cloudflare interruptions
Gemini API interruptions
Apple service interruptions
Capacity or rate limits
Safety restrictions
Updates
Events outside our reasonable control
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary.
We are not responsible for an inability to generate artwork caused by a third-party provider, device issue, network failure, unsupported region, or service interruption.
MyArt depends on services operated by third parties, including Google, Cloudflare, and Apple.
Your use of these services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
We do not control and are not responsible for every action, decision, outage, restriction, or data-handling practice of a third-party provider.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms while using MyArt.
MyArt’s software, interface, branding, icons, design, written content, and other original materials are owned by Ahmed Shahzad or used under license.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of MyArt or its underlying technology.
You may not use the MyArt name, branding, interface, source code, or assets in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, ownership, or endorsement.
If you believe content or use of MyArt infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights, contact:

Your notice should include:
Your name and contact information
A description of the protected work or right
A description of the alleged infringement
Relevant evidence or links
A statement that the information provided is accurate
Confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them
We may request more information before taking action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyArt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available
Every request will produce an image
Outputs will meet your expectations
Outputs will be accurate or unique
The App will be free from errors or interruptions
Generated images will be legally protectable
Generated images will be suitable for commercial use
Generated images will not resemble third-party material
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Any mandatory legal rights available to you remain unaffected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ahmed Shahzad will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from:
Your use or inability to use MyArt
Generated or blocked outputs
Loss of content
Business interruption
Loss of revenue or profits
Third-party claims
Unauthorized use of an image
Reliance on an AI-generated result
Service-provider failures
Device, network, or software problems
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for MyArt during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Ahmed Shahzad harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:
Content you submit
Generated content you publish or distribute
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of another person’s rights
Your unlawful or prohibited use of MyArt
This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
You may stop using MyArt at any time.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that:
You violated these Terms
You attempted to bypass payment or security systems
Your activity creates legal or security risk
Your use violates provider policies
Your activity harms users, third parties, or the service
Termination does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through your Apple Account.
Sections that reasonably need to continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions, will remain effective.
These Terms are between you and Ahmed Shahzad, not Apple.
Ahmed Shahzad, not Apple, is responsible for MyArt and its content, maintenance, support, and claims relating to the App.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for MyArt.
Your license is limited to using MyArt on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to Apple’s usage rules, including any permitted Family Sharing arrangements.
You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving or using the App under applicable trade or sanctions laws.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the provisions relating to your license and use of the App. Apple may enforce those provisions against you where permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Pakistan unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
We may update these Terms when MyArt’s features, pricing, providers, legal requirements, or business practices change.
Updated Terms will include a revised effective date.
Your continued use of MyArt after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
Material changes may also be communicated through the App or its App Store listing.
