MyArt: AI Art Generator, referred to as “MyArt,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” is operated by Ahmed Shahzad, an independent developer based in Pakistan.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use MyArt’s text-to-art and image-to-art features.
By using MyArt, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you use the text-to-art feature, the text prompt you enter is transmitted to an artificial intelligence service to generate artwork.
You should not include confidential, financial, medical, identifying, or otherwise sensitive personal information in your prompts.
When you use the image-to-art feature, the image you select is transmitted for artificial intelligence processing.
Uploaded images may contain faces, objects, locations, documents, or other identifiable information. You should only upload images that you own or have permission to use.
The artificial intelligence service generates an image based on your prompt or uploaded image and returns it to the App.
MyArt does not intentionally store generated images on developer-controlled servers. A generated image may be saved locally on your device when you choose to save, download, share, or export it.
Cloudflare, Google, Apple, and related service providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the App.
This may include:
IP address
Request date and time
Device or operating system information
App version
Request status
Error and crash information
Security filter results
Authentication and API request information
Usage measurements and generation counts
We do not use this information to track users across apps or websites for advertising.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you voluntarily provide.
Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, prevent abuse, maintain support records, or comply with legal obligations.
MyArt may request access to your device’s photo library so that you can:
Select an image for image-to-art generation
Save generated artwork to your device
Share or export generated artwork
MyArt only accesses images that you select or authorize through Apple’s permission system.
You can change photo permissions at any time through your iPhone settings. Disabling access may prevent image-related features from working.
When you submit a generation request:
Your prompt or selected image is sent from the App to a Cloudflare-based server endpoint.
The Cloudflare endpoint securely forwards the request to Google’s Gemini API.
Google Gemini processes the prompt or image and creates a response.
The generated result is returned to MyArt.
MyArt displays the result on your device.
This processing is necessary to provide the text-to-art and image-to-art features you request.
MyArt does not intentionally maintain a developer-controlled database containing your:
Text prompts
Uploaded images
Generated images
The Cloudflare endpoint is used to transmit generation requests. It is not intended to permanently save prompt or image contents in Cloudflare KV, D1, R2, Durable Objects, or another developer-controlled storage system.
We also do not intentionally write complete prompts or uploaded images into application logs.
Some technical information may still be temporarily processed or logged by Cloudflare, Google, Apple, internet service providers, or infrastructure services as part of normal service operation, security, error detection, and legal compliance.
MyArt uses paid quota from the Google Gemini API.
Under Google’s terms for paid Gemini API services, Google does not use submitted prompts, files, uploaded images, or generated responses to improve its general products or train its general artificial intelligence models.
Google may retain prompts, related context, and generated outputs for a limited period, which may currently be up to 55 days, for:
Detecting prohibited or abusive use
Enforcing safety policies
Protecting the security of its services
Investigating policy violations
Meeting legal or regulatory requirements
Content flagged by automated safety or abuse-detection systems may be reviewed by authorized Google personnel.
Content retained for abuse monitoring is not used to train or improve general Google artificial intelligence models. Google may process information in countries where Google or its service providers operate.
Google may separately process technical information such as IP addresses, usage details, safety-filter activity, token counts, operational status, authentication details, errors, and performance information.
Users should not submit highly sensitive, confidential, legally privileged, or private material through MyArt.
MyArt uses Cloudflare to route and protect generation requests.
Cloudflare may process technical and network information needed to:
Deliver requests
Protect the endpoint from attacks
Detect errors
Prevent fraud or abuse
Maintain network performance
Comply with legal requirements
This information may include IP addresses, request timing, security events, routing data, and error information.
MyArt does not sell information processed through Cloudflare and does not use it for targeted advertising.
MyArt is distributed through Apple’s App Store.
If MyArt offers subscriptions, credits, or other in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple. We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card information, bank account information, or Apple Account password.
Apple may provide limited transaction information, such as:
Product purchased
Subscription status
Transaction identifier
Purchase date
Renewal or expiration date
Eligibility for restored purchases
This information is used to provide purchased features, verify access, prevent fraud, and restore purchases.
Apple processes purchase and App Store information under Apple’s own privacy terms.
Information processed through MyArt is used to:
Generate artwork from text prompts
Transform selected images into artwork
Return generated results to your device
Manage generation limits or purchased access
Operate and maintain the App
Detect errors and technical problems
Prevent fraud, abuse, and prohibited activity
Protect the App and its infrastructure
Respond to support messages
Comply with applicable law

We do not sell user prompts or uploaded images.
We do not use user prompts or uploaded images for targeted advertising.
We do not use user prompts or uploaded images to train our own artificial intelligence models.
Information may be processed or shared with:
Google, for Gemini API processing
Cloudflare, for request routing, infrastructure, and security
Apple, for App Store distribution, purchases, subscriptions, and device permissions
Professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our rights, investigate abuse, or protect users
We do not share prompts or images with data brokers.
We do not share prompts or images with advertising networks for targeted advertising.
Google and Cloudflare operate internationally.
Your prompt, uploaded image, generated output, IP address, and related technical information may be processed in countries other than Pakistan or the country where you live.
These countries may have privacy and data-protection laws that differ from those in your country.
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect information processed through MyArt.
However, no application, internet transmission, server, cloud service, or artificial intelligence service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for deciding whether an image or prompt is appropriate to submit. Do not upload highly private, confidential, or sensitive content.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Request information about personal data associated with you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of information
Object to or restrict certain processing
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Make a complaint to an appropriate privacy authority
Because MyArt does not intentionally maintain user accounts or a permanent database of prompts and uploaded images, we may not possess content that can be located, exported, corrected, or deleted after a generation request is completed.
Requests concerning data independently retained by Google, Cloudflare, or Apple may need to be submitted directly to the relevant provider.

MyArt is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users below the age of legal majority in their country should use MyArt only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

MyArt may contain links to third-party websites, policies, or services.
We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of services that we do not control. You should review the relevant third party’s privacy policy before using its services.
We may update this Privacy Policy when MyArt’s features, service providers, legal obligations, or data practices change.
The updated policy will include a revised effective date. Your continued use of MyArt after an update means that you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
Material changes may also be communicated through the App or its App Store listing where appropriate.
