Multi Rename PRO

How to use?

• Select assets in the content browser and click the "Init" button

• If you need to rename the actors on the level, then select the actors and click the "World" checkbox

• Init - Prepare assets for further editing

• World - If yes, then use actors from the worlds, if not, then assets from the content browser.

• Apply - Save changes

• Undo - Undo the last action

• ? - Documentation

• ♥ - Rate this asset

• Clear - clear all titles

• Remove Numbers - remove all numbers from the name

• Upper - Make the name large letters

• Lower - Make the name small letters

• Linter - automatically adds a prefix and a suffix, according to the class of the asset (the function is test and not all assets work)

• Replace (ignore) - replace an existing prefix or suffix if it is equal to the prefix or suffix from the table

• , - Open a table with prefixes and suffixes for editing

• ? - open the github page with full instructions for naming the content

• Numerate Prefix - Number assets from the start

• Numerate Sufix - Number assets from the end

• Start From - Number from which numbering will start

• Remove Prefix - Remove characters from the start of the name

• Remove Sufix - Remove characters from the end of the name

• Amount - The number of characters to be removed

• Indent - Start indent by the number of characters for Remove Prefix and from the end for Remove Sufix

• Pointer - a character or phrase to start editing with

• Use case - case sensitive for "Pointer"

• Upper - Make the letter large using the following parameters

• Lower - Make the letter small using the following parameters

• Amount - Number of characters to change

• Indent - Indent for the number of characters

• Pointer - Use as start position, character or phrase

• Case - case sensitive for "Pointer"

• Add Sufix - Add text at the end of the title

• Add Prefix - Add text at the start of the title

• Replace - Replace a character or phrase from the first to the second

• Case - Match case to find a similar character or phrase

• Select all

• Remove highlighting from all

• Invert Selections

• The number of assets is currently being edited

• Columns - The number of columns for the list of preview assets.

• Update for "Columns"

• Click on any title to edit it, to complete press "Enter"

• Select titles that need to be edited and that are worth skipping.

FAQ

• To customize the "Linter" open DT_Linter.

• Each title can be edited manually by clicking on the title in the preview, after changing, press "Enter" to apply or cancel.
