AI Video ("we", "our", "the App") is a consumer-grade AI video generation application
published by the developer of AI Video. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect,
use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit, install, or use the
AI Video mobile application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the
collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

- Prompts and text descriptions that you submit to drive AI video generation.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Service, we automatically receive technical information such as:
- Device-level identifiers needed to operate the Service, including a randomly
generated guest User ID, an opaque device fingerprint, the platform and OS version
of your device, the device model, screen size, and time zone. These identifiers are
used solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and are not used to identify
you personally.
- Usage data such as the features you use, the number of videos you generate, the
resolution and duration of those videos, timestamps, and error / diagnostic logs.
- Approximate billing status (free, subscribed, or in-app purchase) so that the App
can correctly meter your available credits and entitlements.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any direct contact
information from you, unless you voluntarily provide it to us.
- We do not request access to your contacts, location, microphone (for voice input),
or any data that is not strictly required to provide the AI video generation
Service.
- We do not collect biometric data.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including generating videos
based on the prompts and images you submit.
- Authenticate your device, enforce rate limits and fair-use rules, prevent abuse,
fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Process and fulfill your in-app purchases, subscriptions, and refunds via
RevenueCat and the Google Play / Apple App Store billing systems.
- Respond to your support requests, debug issues, and analyze aggregated, de-identified
usage trends.
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service.
3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

- The videos produced by the Service are generated by third-party AI models using
your prompts and (optionally) your uploaded images as inputs.
- AI-generated videos may sometimes be inaccurate, contain artifacts, or resemble
protected, copyrighted, or third-party content. You are responsible for the prompts
and images you submit and for how you use the resulting videos.
- We may use the prompts and images you submit, and the resulting outputs, to operate
the underlying AI model providers. Such providers are bound by
their own data-handling and privacy terms.
- We do not use your prompts, images, or generated videos to personally identify you.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the
following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary to provide the
Service:
- AI Model Providers: We send your prompts, reference images, and generation
parameters to our AI model providers (e.g., third-party video generation
services) to produce the videos you request.
- Payment Processor: We use RevenueCat and the Google Play / Apple App Store billing
systems to process in-app purchases and subscriptions. These providers receive
limited billing information (e.g., receipt tokens, product identifiers, and an
opaque user identifier that we generate) and handle payment data in accordance
with their own privacy policies.
- Legal and Safety: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court
order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AI Video, our users, or
others.
5. DATA RETENTION

- Your generated videos, prompts, and reference images are retained on our servers
for as long as your account is active, and may be deleted when you delete your
account or when the content is no longer needed to provide the Service.
- You may delete individual videos at any time from within the App's library, or
delete your entire account from the Profile screen, which removes all of your
videos, prompts, and account data.
- We retain billing / transaction records for the period required by tax and
accounting laws.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom,
California, etc.), you may have some or all of the following rights:
- The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
- The right to correct or update inaccurate information.
