Equipment will be transported in my dad's car to Appleton.
Everybody will meet at the hall to load gear.
Program
Day 1
10:00 - 12:00: Construct table and flag pole (1 Hour each)
12:00 - 13:00: Campsite Drawing and Record book + Explain patrol structure
13:00 - 13:45: Lunch and tidy up + Discuss hygiene on camp
13:50 - 15:00: Survival Scoutcraft work + Gateway (30 Minutes)
15:00 - 16:30: Construct shelters / pitch tents. Free time after
16:30 - 17:30: Discuss campsite hazards, fix them + axe safety
17:30 - 18:30: Cooking Supper + Discuss fire safety
18:30 - 20:15: Eat supper and tidy up + Discuss Air Meteorologist
20:15 - 21:00: Astronomer Interest
21:00 - 23:00: Free time, board games then lights out
Day 2
08:30 - 09:00: Wake up and prepare breakfast
09:00 - 09:45: Eat breakfast + clean up
09:45 - 10:30: Test on badges
10:30 - 12:00: Start packing up campsite
12:00 - 13:30: Lunch + clean
13:30 - 14:45: Finish Packing up campsite
14:45: Leave campsite
Any spare time will be filled with as much advancement as possible and Observation Scoutcraft.
There is a 5 minute break between activities to unload energy

Simple Douch Recipe:
In a bowl, add 1,5 cups of flour
Slowly add water, 1 teaspoon at a time and mix
Add half a teaspoon of baking powder
knead into a dough
Flatten the dough and place on a rock over a fire
flip the bread after 15 minutes to cook evenly.

Sleeping Arrangements
If weather permits, the younger scouts will make shelters to spend the night in. This counts towards a traveler task and Survival Scoutcraft badge.
If the weather is not good, everybody will sleep in their tents.

What constitutes an emergency: Injury, Fire, Risk to wellbeing, Hypothermia
If necessary, in the case of emergency and no parent can assist, an ambulance will be called.
We will have a fire extinguisher incase we lose control of a fire, and a fully stocked first aid kit.
