Student Information: Full name, Date of Birth, Gender, Blood Group, SATS Number (Student Achievement Tracking System), Aadhaar Number, Religion, Caste, and Photographs.
Parent/Guardian Information: Names, Phone numbers (Primary & Secondary), Occupation, Annual Income, and Residential Addresses.
Staff Information: Name, Employee Code, Designation, Bank Account Details (for Payroll), and Qualifications.
Collection: We use the device camera to capture facial images of staff and students.
Purpose: This data is used exclusively for the Attendance System (Check-in/Check-out) to verify identity and mark attendance automatically.
Storage & Retention: Facial images are processed to create a mathematical representation (face descriptor). These descriptors are stored securely in our database (Supabase). Raw images may be stored for verification logs but are strictly accessible only to authorized administrators.
Sharing: Biometric data is not shared with any third-party marketing services.
Collection: We collect precise location data from the device.
Purpose:
Live Bus Tracking: To allow parents and administrators to track the real-time location of school buses.
Staff Attendance: To verify that staff members are within the school premises (Geofencing) when marking attendance.
Background Access: For drivers using the app, location data may be collected even when the app is running in the background to ensure continuous tracking for parents.
Collection: We process fee payments and generate payroll.
Processing: We do not store credit card or net banking login credentials on our servers. All online fee payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We store transaction IDs and payment status for receipt generation.
The app requests the following permissions:
Camera: For capturing profile photos, scanning documents, and Face Attendance.
Microphone: For voice-to-text features (e.g., creating Question Papers via voice commands).
Location: For geolocation-based attendance and transport tracking.
Storage: To download Reports, Receipts, and Certificates (PDFs) to your device.
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
Academic Management: Managing admission records, promotions, class sections, and time tables.
Communication: Sending SMS notifications regarding attendance, fees, and school announcements.
Fee Management: Calculating dues, generating challans, and processing online fee payments.
Reports: Generating Report Cards, Transfer Certificates (TC), and Study Certificates.
Security: Verifying identity via Face ID to prevent proxy attendance.

We retain student and staff records for as long as they are active within the institution.
Academic Records: Retained permanently for archiving and certificate issuance (e.g., TCs).
Biometric Data: Retained only as long as the individual is an active member of the institution. Upon leaving, this data is deactivated or deleted.
This app allows parents to view data regarding their children (students). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent. All student data is entered by school administrators or parents.
Access & Correction: Parents and Staff can request corrections to their profile data (e.g., phone numbers, addresses) through the app's "Correction Request" feature.
Data Deletion: Users may request the deletion of their account or specific data by contacting the school administration, subject to the school's record-keeping policies.
