Bu Gizlilik Politikası, My Route Our Adventure mobil uygulamasını kullanan kullanıcıların verilerinin hangi amaçlarla işlendiğini açıklar.
Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikada açıklanan veri işleme süreçlerini kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Uygulamada aşağıdaki veri türleri işlenebilir:
Hesap Bilgileri (Google ile giriş): E-posta adresi, görünen ad (display name), profil fotoğrafı (varsa), kullanıcı kimliği (UID).
Konum Verisi: Uygulama açıkken rota kaydı, takip ve harita üzerinde konum gösterimi için anlık konum.
Rota ve İçerik Verileri: Oluşturduğunuz rota başlığı/açıklaması, işaret noktaları (marker), rota noktaları ve rota metaverileri.
Topluluk Verileri: Grup, etkinlik, davet ve üyelik bilgileri.
Teknik Veriler: Uygulamanın çalışması için gerekli temel teknik kayıtlar (ör. oturum ve servis bağlantı verileri).
Toplanan veriler aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılır:
Kullanıcı hesabı oluşturma ve oturum yönetimi
Harita, navigasyon ve rota kaydı özelliklerini çalıştırma
Topluluk özelliklerini (grup/etkinlik/davet) sağlama
Kullanıcı tarafından seçilen rota paylaşımı işlemlerini gerçekleştirme
Güvenlik, hizmet sürekliliği ve teknik sorun çözümü
Uygulama şu izinleri kullanır:
Konum İzni (Foreground / Uygulama kullanımdayken):
Rota kaydı, takip ve harita üzerinde mevcut konumu göstermek için kullanılır. Uygulama arka planda konum takibi yapmaz.
İnternet Erişimi:
Harita servisleri, kimlik doğrulama ve bulut veritabanı (Firestore) işlemleri için kullanılır.
Rota verileri öncelikli olarak uygulama içinde kullanılabilir.
Bir rota yalnızca kullanıcı açıkça “Paylaş” işlemi yaparsa buluta (Firestore) yazılır.
Kullanıcı hesap ve topluluk verileri, uygulama işlevlerinin sağlanması için Firebase altyapısında tutulur.
Veriler, yasal yükümlülükler veya hizmetin teknik gereklilikleri dışında üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.
Uygulama aşağıdaki servislerden yararlanabilir:
Google Sign-In (kimlik doğrulama)
Firebase Authentication (oturum yönetimi)
Firebase Firestore / Functions (bulut verisi ve sunucu işlevleri)
Mapbox (harita ve konum görselleştirme)
Bu hizmetlerin veri işleme faaliyetleri kendi gizlilik politikalarına da tabidir.
Kullanıcı verilerini korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemler uygulanır.
Bununla birlikte internet üzerinden yapılan veri iletimlerinin %100 güvenli olduğu garanti edilemez.
Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir.
13 yaş altına ait kişisel veri işlendiğinin tespit edilmesi durumunda ilgili veriler makul süre içinde silinir.
Yürürlükteki mevzuata göre kullanıcılar, kendileriyle ilgili veriler hakkında bilgi talep etme, düzeltme ve uygun koşullarda silme talebinde bulunma hakkına sahiptir.

The app uses the following permissions:
Location Permission (Foreground / While Using the App):
Used for route recording, tracking, and showing your location on the map.
The app does not track location in the background.
Internet Access:
Required for map services, authentication, and cloud database (Firestore) operations.
Route data may be used locally within the app.
A route is uploaded to the cloud (Firestore) only when the user explicitly selects “Share.”
Account and community data are stored on Firebase infrastructure to provide app features.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
The app may use the following third-party services:

Firebase Firestore / Functions (cloud data and backend functions)
Mapbox (maps and location visualization)
These services may process data under their own privacy policies.
We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect user data.

The app is not intended for children under 13.
If we become aware that data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
