Such Third Party Services may receive or otherwise have access to our Users' personal information, depending on each of their particular roles and purposes in facilitating and enhancing our Services and business, and may only use it for such purposes. We, as the controller of the information collected from its Users in connection with the use of the Services, remains responsible any personal information processing done by Third Party Services on its behalf, except for events outside of its reasonable control.

5. How is your information stored?

For the information we collect, some is only stored on your device locally, some is stored safely in encrypted format in our servers located in AWS, and some is encrypted stored in Cloud Storage for Firebase (analytical platform of Google LLC). We have strict policies to control access and usage of such data. If you would like to have your information deleted, please contact us.

6. Changes to the Policy

Any information that is collected is subject to the Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may, however, modify the Policy from time to time. If we make changes to our Privacy Policy, we will provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. Your continued use of our App or Services following the posting of changes will mean you accept those changes.

7. What important permissions we request

Here we explain all important permissions that our app requests. These permissions are necessary for our app to perform certain features.

1. Read your text messages (SMS or MMS) & Receive text messages (SMS) & Receive text messages (MMS) & Send SMS messages & Edit your text messages (SMS or MMS)

These permissions are the basic permissions of an SMS app, which allow My photo phone dialer to receive, read and send messages.

2. Directly call phone numbers

This permission allows users to make calls quickly and easily by the phone button on the chat page.

3. Read phone status and identity

This permission supports dual SIM mode and reading users' own number in the group chat.

4. Read your own contact card

This permission allows My photo phone dialer to get your own number and show it to you in advanced settings.

5. Read your contacts

This permission allows My photo phone dialer to get the contacts of the messages and choose contacts when users create a new message.

6. Modify your contacts

This permission helps users add contact conveniently after they receive messages from strange numbers.

7. Take pictures and videos / Record audio

These permissions work for the feature MMS when you want to send a photo or audio to others.

8. Find accounts on the device

This permission is only used for us to auto-fill your email address in the feedback form when you send feedback to us. So we can contact you when the problem solved.

9. Read the contents of your USB storage

This permission works for reading the photos on your phone when users want to send photos via MMS.

10. Modify or delete the contents of your USB storage

This permission works for saving pictures of the MMS messages after users downloaded them.

11. Prevent phone from sleeping

This permission prevents SMS service from failing.

12. Full network access & View network connections & Change Network Connectivity

These permissions are the basic permissions for accessing the network & Support for sending or receiving MMS.

14. Download files without notification

This permission is used for downloading the MMS message.

15. Run at startup

This permission allows My photo phone dialer to run at startup to provide users with SMS service.

16. Receive data from the Internet

This permission allows My photo phone dialer to receive data from the Internet just like downloading the emojis or the backgrounds.

17. Play Install Referrer API

This permission works for tracking and measuring our app installs easily and securely by Firebase.

18. Install Shortcuts

This permission allows My photo phone dialer to install shortcuts of My photo phone dialer on launchers.

19. Control vibration

This permission allows My photo phone dialer to vibrate to remind you when receiving a new message.

20. Update Notification Counts

This permission allows My photo phone dialer to show unread message count on My photo phone dialer icon.
