2. No Personal Data Collection
We do not collect, store, process, or transmit any of your personal information.
No Account Required: You do not need to sign up, log in, or create an account to use any features of the app.
No Cloud Storage: We do not have servers. All your photos, signatures, and PDF documents are processed 100% locally on your device. Your files never leave your phone.
3. Device Permissions and Why We Need Them
To provide the core functionality of the app (resizing, cropping, and generating PDFs), MyPhotex requires the following local device permissions:
Camera Permission: This is required ONLY if you choose to take a new photo or capture a signature directly within the app. The captured image remains strictly on your device.
Storage / Photos & Videos Permission: This is required to allow you to select existing photos from your Gallery and to save the final compressed JPGs and generated PDFs directly into your device's local storage (e.g., Pictures or Downloads folder).
4. Third-Party Sharing
Since we do not collect any personal data or files, we do not share, sell, or rent any information to third parties, advertisers, or analytics companies.
5. Children's Privacy
Our application is completely safe for children. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since we do not collect your email, we cannot notify you directly of changes. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
