This document outlines the Privacy Policy and Terms of Conditions for the My File Tools & Manager mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed by STUKP Studies (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
PART 1: PRIVACY POLICY
The Service Provider operates the Application as a Freemium service. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
1. Data Collection and Usage The Application operates entirely locally on your device. The Service Provider does not collect, store, transmit, or share your personal files, documents, photos, or data with any external servers or third parties.
2. Core Functionality & "Manage External Storage" Permission My File Tools & Manager is fundamentally a file management application. To provide its core functionality—allowing users to browse, organize, copy, move, delete, and manage files—the Application requires the "Manage External Storage" (All Files Access) permission.
Purpose: This permission is strictly used to access files and folders across the device's storage for file management purposes only.
Data Security: We do not upload your files to the internet. All file operations, including the Vault feature, are executed locally on your device.
3. Vault (Local Encryption) Feature The Application offers a secure Vault feature to protect your files. Files moved to the Vault are encrypted locally on your device. The Service Provider does not have access to your Vault password, PIN, or the encrypted files. It is the user's sole responsibility to remember their access credentials, as lost credentials cannot be recovered by the Service Provider.
4. Third-Party Services and Advertising While the Application does not collect personal data directly, it utilizes third-party services to deliver advertisements and ensure basic app functionality. These third-party services may collect automatically generated, anonymized device data (such as IP addresses and device IDs) to serve relevant ads. The third-party service providers used by the Application are:

5. Children’s Privacy The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take necessary actions.
6. Opt-Out and Data Deletion Because the Application does not collect personal data on external servers, you can instantly halt all data access and delete all Application-related settings by simply uninstalling the Application from your device.
PART 2: TERMS & CONDITIONS
By downloading or using the Application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the Application.
1. Usage License Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All intellectual property rights remain the property of STUKP Studies.
2. Pro Features and Rewarded Ads The Application offers premium features ("Pro Features") accessible via paid subscriptions or by watching rewarded advertisements.
Subscriptions: Users can purchase subscriptions for unlimited access to Pro features.
Rewarded Ads (Limited Access): Users who do not subscribe can access certain Pro features by watching a rewarded video ad. Each completed ad view grants access to a specific feature for a single use.
Limits: There may be daily limits applied to accessing features via rewarded ads. Once the limit is reached, a subscription may be required for continued Pro feature usage.
3. User Responsibilities It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the Application secure. We strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it could compromise your device's security features and result in the Application not working correctly. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any data loss, including forgotten passwords for the Vault feature.
4. Updates and Termination The Service Provider is committed to ensuring the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the Application at any time. We may also stop providing the Application and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.
5. Changes to This Document The Service Provider may update our Privacy Policy and Terms of Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of any adjustments to these terms.
