My challenge to RobSmith about Russia given on August 11, 2024
My updated challenge to RobSmith given on August 11, 2024:
I am giving RobSmith a challenge: I predict that sometime within 3 to 12 years that Russia will go from a high-income country to a middle-income country. Do you predict that it will remain a high-income country the next dozen years? If so, why? Russia has only been a high-income country these years: 2012–14, 2022, 2024 to present). War production has temporarily boosted its GNP, but at the price of the long-term potential of the civilian economy (See: Essay: Russia's economy is that of a shrinking, aging, and poorly qualified population ).
If you take the position that Russia will remain a high-income country during the above time period and are right, I will stop contributing geopolitics and international affairs material at Conservapedia forever. However, if you take up my challenge and are wrong, then you have to stop contributing geopolitics and international affairs material at Conservapedia forever.
RobSmith, if you truly believe that Vladimir Putin administration (which consists of Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin and Russian bureaucrats) is full of wise leaders, then you will take me up on my challenge! It's time to put up or shut up.
We know that you were utterly wrong about your rosy economic prediction about China. Let see how you do on Russia.
RobSmith has yet to take up my challenge.
