My Care Plan ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.

We do not collect or store personal health information on our servers. All medical-related data entered into the app is stored locally on your device.

We may collect:
- Email address (for subscription and renewal reminders)
- Payment-related identifiers (processed securely through third-party merchant services) Website Purchases, Accounts, and App Access To purchase My Care Plan with CareShare, customers may be required to create or use a My Care Plan website account. This account may be used to access purchase information, order details, and the protected My Care Plan App Access page. You may need to log in to your My Care Plan account to access the app, especially when using a new device or browser. Basic account and order information may include your name, email address, billing details, order history, and login information.

 Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and WooCommerce. My Care Plan does not store full credit card information inside the app. Once the app opens, care information entered into My Care Plan is stored locally on the device being used. My Care Plan does not currently sync information automatically across phones, tablets, or computers.

2. Use of Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Process subscriptions
- Send renewal reminders
- Improve app functionality

3. Payment Processing
All payments are handled through secure third-party providers. We do not store credit card or banking information.

4. Data Storage
All health-related data remains on your device. We do not transmit or store medical data externally.

We implement reasonable safeguards, but users are responsible for securing their own devices.
