If you want a versatile 2-in-1 audio and charging adapter for your daily commute or streaming setup, choose Mxcudu USB C; if you need a durable, magnetic replacement cable specifically designed for MARLALL S800 or LOBKIN X7 swimming headphones, choose WUNIAK Charging Cable. These two products solve entirely different problems, yet they often appear in the same search results because both involve cables and audio gear. One is a multi-functional dongle that lets you listen to music while fast-charging your phone, while the other is a specialized accessory built to withstand the rigors of underwater use. Understanding this distinction is the only way to make a smart purchase without wasting money on hardware that won't fit your workflow.
• Mxcudu USB C: Delivers Hi-Res audio up to 32Bit/384Khz while simultaneously providing 60W PD fast charging; the trade-off is it requires a specific port configuration and cannot transfer data. This pick is for anyone with a modern USB-C smartphone who needs to keep their battery topped up while listening to high-quality sound.
• WUNIAK Charging Cable: Features a secure magnetic connection with internal voltage regulation to protect sensitive electronics during charging; the trade-off is it is strictly a single-purpose cable compatible only with specific swim headphone models. This pick is for athletes and swimmers who need a reliable, tangle-free charging solution for their underwater audio gear.
The Mxcudu adapter is engineered for users who live in a hybrid world of wired audio and wireless power. Its core strength lies in its ability to split a single USB-C port into two distinct functions: a standard USB-C charging input and a 3.5mm auxiliary jack. This design allows you to plug in traditional wired earbuds or headphones while the device draws power from a wall outlet or power bank. The inclusion of a built-in Realtek DAC chip means the unit supports Hi-Res audio up to 32Bit/384Khz. This specification suggests a focus on fidelity, ensuring that when you are using neckband headphones for streaming or simply enjoying a podcast, the audio signal remains clean and free from distortion.

This product is particularly relevant for streamers or content creators who need to monitor audio levels closely while keeping their recording devices powered. Because it supports calling and volume control through the 3.5mm jack, it acts as a bridge between older audio peripherals and newer phones that have removed the headphone jack. The physical build uses a combination of malleable hard TPE material and nylon braiding, which points toward a design intended to survive being tossed in a bag or carried around a busy office. At just 11 grams, it is lightweight enough to be left permanently plugged into a laptop or phone case without adding noticeable bulk.
However, this device is not for everyone. It explicitly does not support data transfer, meaning you cannot use it to move files between your computer and your phone. Furthermore, compatibility is selective; it works with major brands like Apple, Samsung, and Google Pixel but excludes Motorola and OnePlus devices. If you own one of those excluded phones, this adapter will not function regardless of how much you need the dual charging feature. It is also worth noting that while it handles calls well, it is not designed for in-car hands-free systems, limiting its utility in automotive environments.
The WUNIAK charging cable serves a very narrow but critical niche: replacing lost or damaged charging accessories for specific waterproof audio devices. Unlike the Mxcudu adapter, which is a general-purpose tool for smartphones, this cable is a dedicated companion for the MARLALL S800 and LOBKIN X7 swimming headphones. Its primary value proposition is the magnetic connector system. This feature eliminates the frustration of aligning tiny ports in the dark or while wearing wet gloves, allowing for a quick and secure connection. The cable itself is constructed with copper wire and measures 60cm in length, a size chosen for portability so it can easily fit into a gym bag, car console, or poolside pouch.
Durability is a key selling point here, driven by the internal circuitry. The cable includes a Voltage Regulator (PTC) component designed to prevent overcurrent damage. This is a crucial safety feature for lithium-ion batteries found in expensive swim headphones. By regulating the voltage flow, the cable helps prolong the lifespan of the device, protecting it from the electrical spikes that can occur with lower-quality chargers. The "secure circuit" description implies a focus on reliability, ensuring that the charging process is stable whether you are plugging into a PC, a laptop, or a wall mount.
This product is exclusively for owners of the specified swimming headphones. It will not work with standard smartphones, tablets, or other consumer electronics. If you do not own the MARLALL S800 or LOBKIN X7, this item has zero utility for you. The black color and compact form factor suggest a utilitarian design meant to blend into a sports kit rather than stand out as a fashion statement. While it offers 24/7 email support, the product itself is a simple accessory without active electronics like DAC chips or complex processing. It is purely a conduit for power, designed to get the job done reliably in harsh environments like a pool deck.

In my opinion, the choice comes down entirely to what hardware you currently own and what you are trying to achieve. If you are looking for a solution for streaming, especially if you rely on clip on earbuds for streaming or best in ear earbuds for streaming while managing your battery life, the Mxcudu USB C is the clear winner. It provides the necessary infrastructure to listen to high-quality audio while the device charges, making it an essential tool for long sessions where power is scarce. Conversely, if you are a swimmer who owns the specific MARLALL or LOBKIN headphones mentioned, the WUNIAK cable is not just an alternative; it is a requirement. Without it, you cannot charge your specialized gear effectively. I would buy the Mxcudu for my daily tech kit because of its versatility, but I would keep the WUNIAK cable solely for the pool.
