Booking and Payments
Q: How do I make my payments?
A: Credit Card, Venmo, or Zelle.
Q: What’s included in my package?
A: Your package includes your cabin, port transfers, meals, entertainment onboard, and access to special sorority provided inclusions – along with any add-ons you selected with your package.
Q: What’s NOT included in my package?
A: Your flights to and from Miami are not included! Also, additional excursions, drink packages, and specialty dining are not included and can be purchased separately.
Q: What Travel Agency is this trip being booked through?
A: Travel Dynasty, a black-woman owned, full-service travel agency who specializes in trips for singles, couples, and groups all around the world! Learn more at www.traveldynasty.com.
Q: Do I need a passport?
A: Everyone will need to present an accepted form of identification to board the ship. We strongly recommend that all guests present a passport as their form of ID on boarding day, and for some guests a passport is required.
The passport must be valid for six months after the day your cruise ends. The name on your passport should match the name on your reservation.
· A passport is the hassle-free, gold standard for traveling between countries.
· Boarding and disembarking through customs with a passport is usually faster than other types of ID documents.
· If you have an issue while exploring a foreign port (such as missing the ship), it’s best to have a passport with you.
Guests who do not bring required documents may be denied boarding.
Q: Can I cruise with a birth certificate as my identification? What if I don’t have a passport?
A: Everyone will need to present an accepted form of identification to board the ship. We strongly recommend that all guests present a passport as their form of ID on boarding day.
U.S. citizens born in the US can present a state-certified birth certificate and government-issued photo ID to sail on most cruises departing from the U.S. But a passport is the more efficient, secure option.
Learn more about why passports are best.
Should you decide to present your birth certificate on boarding day, please keep these guidelines in mind:
Most, but not all, sailings from the U.S. will accept a birth certificate. Learn if your sailing does at our Travel Documents Hub.
It must be a state-certified birth certificate issued by the government. No “baby feet” certificates, no hospital birth certificates and no baptismal papers.
You must present the original copy, no photo copies.
You must also show a valid government issued photo ID, like a driver’s license.
Guests 15 and under do not need to show to show an ID, just the birth certificate.
The name across all docs, and the reservation, must match. What if the name on my documents doesn’t match?
Puerto Rican birth certificates issued prior to July 1, 2010 are not valid. The government of Puerto Rico has partnered with VitalChek.com to issue new birth certificates.
Q: Are vaccinations or health checks required?
A: As of now, there are no mandatory vaccinations. However, health protocols are subject to change, so please monitor updates from Royal Caribbean.

A: Boarding begins at 1pm on June 23, 2025, at Miami’s Royal Caribbean Port. It’s recommended to arrive at least two hours before departure time at 4pm.
Q: What destinations will we visit?
A: The cruise will stop in Nassau, Bahamas and Royal Caribbean’s private island CoCoCay, Bahamas - allowing plenty of time to explore each location. A detailed itinerary will be shared closer to departure.

A: Yes! Cabins can accommodate up to four people, making it easy for friends or families to share.

A: Yes, many onboard activities, including the pools, gym, and entertainment shows, are included in your package. However, certain activities, like spa services or special classes, may require an additional fee.
Q: Is travel insurance necessary?
A: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel-related issues. Insurance can be added during your booking process.
Q: Will I have access to Wi-Fi?
A: Wi-Fi packages are available for purchase onboard. It’s best to book these packages early as they can sell out. Royal Caribbean’s Voom Wi-Fi is fast enough for social media, email, and more.
Q: Can I use my phone while onboard?
A: Yes, but international roaming charges may apply. Contact your service provider for information on cruise packages or international rates.

A: Check-in is at 3pm on June 22, 2025, and check-out is at 12:00pm on June 23, 2025. Please make arrangements to allow enough time to arrive at the port for boarding.
Q: Can I store my luggage at the hotel after check-out?
A: Yes, luggage storage is available for guests. This way, you can explore Miami without your bags until it’s time to transfer to the port.
14. Group Cruise Transfers
Q: Will there be group transfers from the pre-stay hotel to the cruise port?
A: Yes, group transfers from Miami Airport Marriott to the port on June 23, 2025.
Q: How much does the group transfer cost?
A: The cost for the group transfer is approximately $50 per person. Final cost depends on the final guest count and will be finalized closer to departure and communicated to those who’ve opted for this add-on. This fee will be collected in February at the time of booking or can be added to your hotel bill upon check-in.
Q: Can family and friends who are not staying at the pre-stay hotel join the group transfer?
