Just a heads-up—The Temptations are performing at the Casino on Saturday night! If you want to jam along, you'll need to snag your own tickets.

Hotel & Venue

For accommodations, we have secured a special rate at the Osage Casino Hotel:
- **Double Queen:** $149 per night 
- **Standard King:** $139 per night

After selecting your dates, update the reservation and complete the booking. **Reservations must be made before 10/10/2024.** Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.  Please note, a $50 deposit for incidental charges is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out.

5:30 PM - 7 PM: Check-in & Community Service Drop-Off (Casino Lower Level) 
7 PM - 10 PM: Sisterly Relations at Thunder Bar & Grill (located at Osage Casino) 
Attire: Casual attire/pink and green

**Saturday, November 2, 2024** 
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Community Service Drop-Off 
8 AM - 9 AM: Check-in 
9 AM - 4 PM: Clusters D & E Meeting and Vendors 
Attire: Casual Attire/Vote T-Shirts (no jeans or ripped pants)

Community Service Projects

As part of our commitment to service, we invite all Sorors to participate in our community service project, "Let’s Join Together to Bring Service to All Mankind." Donations can be dropped off at the Casino's lower level at the registration table on Friday, November 1st from 5:30 PM to 7 PM, or Saturday, November 2nd from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
