Dear Mid-Western Region Sorors,

As we gear up for the 95th Mid-Western Regional Conference, please take a moment to review the Awards Handbook and keep the following important deadlines in mind:

Key Dates and Requirements

1. End-of-Year Reports

   • Submit all required reports by the specified deadlines.

2. Roster of Officers

   • Submit the chapter roster, including addresses and phone numbers, by the required deadlines.

3. Graduate Advisor Reports 

   • File official grade reports no later than January 24.

4. Corporate, Regional, and Chapter Assessments

   • Ensure all assessments are paid by February 10 or the required due date.

5. Conference Award Fees

   • Submit payment for award fees by February 10.

6. Awards Submission Deadline

   • All awards must be submitted by February 10, 2025, at 10:59 PM.
