Black Wall Street Tour and Historic Vernon AME Church Service
In Tulsa, Oklahoma
We are pleased to take you on a journey through the history of this great state we are visiting. This tour provides a unique experience to interact with the movement's leaders to revitalize Tulsa, Oklahoma, learn about its past, and experience firsthand the Real Black Wall Street.
We are pleased to take you on a journey through the history of this great state we are visiting. This tour provides a unique experience to interact with the movement's leaders to revitalize Tulsa, Oklahoma, learn about its past, and experience firsthand the Real Black Wall Street.
You have the opportunity to walk the streets of Tulsa on a guided tour as the narrator gives an account of what happened during the Tulsa Massacre. For those who prefer the indoor experience, we have Black History Saturdays in an indoor setting, perfect for the youth or anyone wanting a more intimate setting to learn about the city's past. Last, but certainly not least, we have a worship service at the Historic Vernon A.M.E. church, where, after the service, we will be able to view some historic artifacts from the original Black Wall Street.
