I oversaw the daily running of the business during working hours. I acted as a bridge between employees and the directors of the company. Supervised and carried out stock reviews and procurement of necessary additions to stock. Administrative and office duties were also a part of my job description.
Sales and marketing representative at Praise distributaries ltd (august 18th 2017- December 12th 2017)
My main aim was to promote and sell to buyers the products the company was distributing and ensuring successful stocking and restocking of various supplies to the buyers.
Front desk agent/administrative assistant at NO.5 boutique hotel Entebbe (June 1st 2018- may 31st 2019)
On top of guest check ins and check outs, I executed the duties of cashier and night manager, generating reports for the end of day, in addition I performed office duties of filing, scanning, schedule management and assistance for my general manager.

I am currently working as a freelance virtual assistant and through this role I have been able to carry out schedule management, email management, social media marketing as well as customer services and relations. Additionally i do personal assistance services for people who are always on the move.
