Lodging

The conference has some funding to help defray housing costs for participants. We have reserved a block at the SpringHill Suites: Book your group rate for Midwest Dynamical Systems Early Career Conference . The hotel is a thirty minute walk from campus, and there is a shuttle available as well. Funding is limited, and we suggest you share a room; the organizers can help you find a roommate if you wish. Whether you choose to share a room or not, participants will only be reimbursed up to half the rate for a double room. 

For full consideration of funding, please register for the conference before April 5th. Requests for support received by April 5th will receive offers of support by April 12th.

Travel

We will attempt to reimburse any reasonable travel expenses to the best of our ability, but we are not able to guarantee anything. If you need to fly, please get economy tickets on US-based carriers.
