At MWC Quizzz, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use our app and want to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data, you can do so by following the instructions below.
Method 1:Â
Delete from within the App (Fastest) Open the MWC Quizzz app on your device. Go to the Profile section from the bottom navigation bar. Tap on Settings (gear icon). Scroll down and tap on Delete Account. Confirm the action when prompted. Note: This action is irreversible. Once you confirm, your personal information, quiz statistics, wallet coins, and history will be permanently wiped from our servers.
Method 2:
Request Deletion via Email (Web Request) If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please follow these steps: Send an email to support@mitrawebconsulting.net from the email address associated with your MWC Quizzz account. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request". In the body of the email, please provide: Your full name registered on the app. The email address associated with the account. A brief statement confirming you want your account and all data deleted.
Processing Time:
Upon receiving your email request, our support team will verify your identity and process the deletion of your data within 7 to 14 business days. We will send a final confirmation email once your data has been completely erased.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When your account is deleted (either via the app or email), the following data is permanently erased from our servers: Your profile information (Name, Email, Phone Number, Avatar/Image). Your gameplay history, quiz scores, and leaderboard rankings. Your wallet balance, coins, and reward history. Your device tokens and app preferences.
