For someone who has a busy life, loves food, and the occasional beverage at the weekend, I have been able to balance my workouts, eat healthier meals, still have a thriving social life, AND lose weight.

I loved how we built on the same set of goals each week, she kept us motivated and accountable through messages and check-ins, and simplified the different concepts of a healthy lifestyle to make them achievable and easy to stay consistent with.
The aspect I found most life changing was the steps increases, the water intake and the healthy food swaps. These simple concepts, that I wasn’t necessarily aware of before, made making a healthy lifestyle, and weight-loss easy as pie.
